Register now for a workshop at Betty Blue cooking studio with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 participants.

These workshops are held in the cozy cooking studio. You will get to work in the kitchen to prepare a dinner, with the necessary instruction and guidance, of course. Later, you will sit down at the table to enjoy your own culinary creations.

You can register for a workshop with a group of at least 10 and up to 40 people. You can choose from the following workshops:

Italian cuisine
Making fresh pasta, the recipe for a delicious creamy pesto, saltimbocca, cantuccini cookies, and of course tiramisu. This workshop lasts 4 hours and costs €70 per person.

The best of the Green Heart
During this workshop, you will work with the finest products from the Green Heart. You will use these ingredients to prepare a complete three-course dinner. This workshop lasts four hours and costs €75 per person.

Let the battle begin!
Various teams receive instructions on how to obtain a package in the center of Gouda. The aim is for them to get to the cooking studio as quickly as possible, because a big advantage awaits the first teams there. Several teams cook the same dish. During dinner, the teams receive one, two, or three Michelin stars for their dish. At the end of the evening, we announce the winning team. This workshop lasts 4 hours and costs €80 per person.

The professionals of Gouda
Meet the professionals ofGouda in their beautiful food shops by going grocery shopping with the chef in the center of Gouda. Along the way, there is plenty to see, learn, and taste. Then it's time to get to work in the kitchen to prepare dinner. This workshop lasts 4.5 hours and costs €85 per person.

From Ottolenghi's kitchen
The recipes come from various Ottolenghi books and contain interesting ingredients such as tahini, pomegranate molasses, burrata, and harissa. This workshop is vegetarian, lasts 4 hours, and costs €75 per person.

Cooking up a storm
During this workshop, we will cook a restaurant-worthy 4-course dinner and focus on cooking techniques and product knowledge. We will start with an amuse-bouche and a glass of bubbly and serve a matching wine with each course. This workshop lasts 5 hours and costs €95 per person.

Good to know
The price of the workshop includes fruit juice, table water, and white and red Italian wine. You can adjust the number of people up to one week before the workshop. You may cancel the workshop free of charge up to two weeks before it starts.
