Our film program consists of premieres, classics, documentaries, youth films, and festival favorites. Every year, we organize nearly six hundred film screenings, featuring over a hundred different film titles.
Filmhuis Gouda has been around for more than thirty years and has been located at Lethmaetstraat 45, in a former school in the Korte Akkeren district, since 1979. The cinema has one auditorium with over eighty comfortable seats, a professional digital projector, a 35mm projector, and a modern Dolby Digital sound system. Next to the auditorium is a cozy foyer with a bar and a reading table with film literature.
