Organic snack bar Nomm’z

The fresh fries and chips are made from 100% organic potatoes, and the Nomm'z croquettes are prepared according to a unique recipe. The meat comes from organic cows raised on pasture, and the cheese for the goat cheese croquettes is made from Dutch farm goat milk. The Texel shrimp in the shrimp croquettes are sustainably caught by the TX65 cutter and peeled on the Wadden Sea coast. The restaurant also offers a warm corn snack from Iran.
